So far this spring, twenty one boys have signed up to play for the New Horizon Tomahawk team. Last weekend twelve of the boys gathered at their second practice and were padded-up. The team is made up of 5th and 6th graders from six different elementary and middle schools in under-served areas of our lacrosse community.  The team is also sponsored by Martin Middle School that provides equipment storage space and facility access.  The team hopes to compete with teams that are in the Central Texas Youth Lacrosse Association later this spring.
