Austin-area New Horizons Lacrosse is looking for youth lacrosse coaches for a newly forming 5th/6th grade boys team and a second-year “Majors” girls team. These are a paid positions. Responsibilities include planning and running practices 2/3 times a week during FallBall and 4/5 times a week and games during the season as can be coordinated. FallBall practices will start ASAP 3:45-5:45 at Martin Middle School. These teams will be made up of students from Martin and will be supported by New Horizons Lacrosse Fund who seeks to increase diversity and inclusion in our local lacrosse community. Team registration and before-school soft-lacrosse are currently underway. Volunteer positions are also available for those interested.
